1. Click Here to open Subscription Manager in a new window.
2. From the 'I Want To' Drop Down Menu, Select 'Cancel my Subscription'.
3. Enter your Username and Password EXACTLY as displayed in the confirmation email that you received when you registered, as the system is case sensitive. (Should you not have your username and password, Click Here to open our Automated Password Retrieval System in a new window.) 4. Click Continue
5. Any active subscriptions with us will now be displayed. Click on the Underlined Blue Link to the Right of each that states 'Cancel Subscription 100XXXXX' If you receive a message that states that no active subscriptions were found first make sure that you entered your username and password exactly as they appear on the order confirmation. If you are still unable to find your account, please Click Here to Email Us and let us know.
6. You will now be taken to a confirmation screen stating that your account has been cancelled, and you will receive a cancellation confirmation to the email address that you used when you registered for membership. Please confirm that you have received a Cancellation Confirmation Email and save this confirmation, as you will need it should you have any reason to contact us in the future regarding your cancellation.
YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES INCURRED FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE ABSENCE OF A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND HAVE RECEIVED A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION IN YOUR EMAIL.
